Delete Your Acts Account
You can permanently delete your Acts account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, including how to request deletion without using the app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
If you can sign in to Acts:
- Open Acts and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, confirm by typing your username, and confirm again.
Your account and data are deleted immediately when this completes.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email andrewhyun@live.com from the email address on your Acts account (or include your Acts username) with the subject “Delete my Acts account.” We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, username, email, phone, date of birth, bio, profile photo).
- Your tasks, streaks, seeds, lifetime XP, achievements, and shop unlocks.
- Your deed feed posts, photos, comments, and reactions.
- Your friends, friend requests, and contact-discovery keys.
- Your authentication record (Firebase Authentication).
Data we may retain
We may retain limited records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule, normally within 30 days. We do not sell your data.
