Terms of Service

By using Acts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Acts is provided by Andrew Hyun (“we,” “us”).
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm the community.
Objectionable content and moderation
Acts has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any post or comment using the “…” menu on it, and you can block any user from their profile so their content no longer reaches you. We review reports and remove violating content and offending accounts, typically within 24 hours of a report. To report content or a user directly, email andrewhyun@live.com.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate Acts (including showing posts to friends per your settings).
In-app currency
Seeds and shop items are virtual rewards within Acts. They have no cash value and are not transferable outside the app unless we state otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer
Acts is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Acts suggests kindness tasks for inspiration; we are not responsible for how you act in the real world.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Acts.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
